Portable version:

Portable version of KryptoPad designed to allow installation to removable devices, such as flash memory drives, external hard disks, or write-once media like CDs and DVDs.

There is no difference in functionality between normal and portable versions, but the latter one does not create Windows Start menu program group nor uninstallation entry in the Control Panel's "Add/Remove programs". Thus it cannot be uninstalled automatically, only removed manually. In addition, portable version's default installation does not create Desktop and Quick Launch shortcuts, however these options are still available with "Custom" installation type.
